Permitted use
Access is personal, non-transferable and limited to authorised professional-learning purposes. Users must protect credentials and may not interfere with platform security or copy restricted course materials.
Educational status
Content is professional education, not legal, regulatory, tax or investment advice. Course completion does not itself establish regulatory eligibility unless expressly confirmed.
Customer responsibilities
Customer organisations determine users, learning requirements, reporting scopes and whether particular learning counts toward an obligation.
Records
Completion and certificate evidence is preserved as an immutable record. Corrections are recorded through append-only governance adjustments.
