Individual subscriptions
Pricing, renewal and cancellation terms are displayed before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally shorten the paid access period.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the purchase terms, time since purchase and whether substantial course content has been consumed or certificates issued.
Enterprise customers
Enterprise cancellation, seat changes and payment terms are governed by the applicable order form.
Evidence after expiry
Where permitted, completed-learning history and certificate verification may remain available or be exported before access ends.
