Controller and processor roles
United River Capital Pte. Ltd. operates Mandate One. For employer-sponsored learning, the customer organisation generally determines why learner information is processed and Mandate One processes it to deliver the contracted service.
Information processed
Account identity, role, organisation, jurisdiction, assignments, course activity, assessment attempts, completion evidence, certificates, communications and security events may be processed.
Purpose and retention
Information supports authentication, learning delivery, compliance reporting, audit evidence, security and customer support. Customer-configured retention applies, subject to legal and evidential obligations.
Access and disclosure
Authorised customer administrators and scoped managers may access relevant records. Platform administrators manage customer lifecycle metadata and do not ordinarily access customer learning evidence.
