Mandate One is operated by United River Capital Pte. Ltd., Singapore. References to Mandate One, we, us or our refer to United River Capital Pte. Ltd. as platform operator.
2. Educational purpose
Content is provided for general professional education. It is not legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice.
3. CPD and CPT
Course durations, records and certificates do not by themselves establish acceptance by a regulator, employer or professional body. Users and organisations remain responsible for assessing relevance and eligibility.
4. No regulatory endorsement
Mandate One is not a regulator or accreditation body. Unless expressly stated for a course, courses are not represented as approved or endorsed by MAS, IBF Singapore, the SFC or another authority.

Site content, course materials, assessments, graphics and platform elements are owned by or licensed to United River Capital Pte. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep materials current, but regulation and market practice evolve. Content is not warranted to be complete, error-free or suitable for every role or jurisdiction.
7. Privacy
Information submitted through enquiries, registrations or learning activities may be used to provide services, administer accounts, maintain records, respond to requests and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Where access is employer-sponsored, relevant participation and completion information may be available to authorised administrators of that organisation.
